It is correct to note that consciousness experiences itself. The answer to the question as to what is consciousness is Love. We can thus deduce that Love experiences itself, hence why it is said that God is Love. Verily all this is God simply means Verily all this is Love; Love (It)Self Is. There is nothing that is not Love; Love is the only thing here.
