In times of crisis and for those moments of distress, I hope the following can be of assistance. That which is, itself always is. What it means is that Self itself always is regardless as to its very own state of appearance/manifestation therefore transcending the concept of its own (physical) life and most definitely its own (physical) death. In other words; Self always is. Simply see yourself as Love transcending this matter called Life. You are deathless for you are Love itself eternally living. Nothing can ever touch (that which is really) you. Allow yourself to be engulfed by Love for it is who you are, it is what all is and all always will be, Love, pure Love.
