Consciousness is just another name Self has invented for itself. The term Self-consciousness simply means that Self realizes Selfness. After Self realizes it is itself, it is quickly realized that otherness is illusory for all is Oneself. That which is called God-realization or Self-Realization means realizing Oneselfness.
