Why does the universe exist? The answer is simple. The universe was created out of desire. The desire not to be alone. The desire for companionship. The desire for warmth and togetherness. The desire to love and be loved. It is basically all there is to it. This of course and the fact that the universe is not external but oneself. Indeed, the universe is oneself. The correct statement is thus the following. Oneself creates itself out of desire. The desire not to be alone. The desire for companionship. The desire for warmth and togetherness. The desire to love and be loved. Love is the only purpose. There is no other purpose but Love. The final conclusion is perhaps even more important.
There is no such thing as division. There is only oneself conceiving and perceiving diversity for the sole purpose of companionship which is why the wise man says to see all as self and to feel only Love. Love one another for there where is the other is but oneself. So it is.
