This may be too much of a high truth to share but the root cause of all anxiety is the illusion of separation. The illusion of separation serves but a simple purpose; this purpose so self could experience companionship otherwise known as love. In conclusion. All this is self and the reason why self is diverse is love. In conclusion. Simply meditate on love when in doubt and do away with division. Division is a smokescreen. Truth is self is differentiated for love.
