When it comes to understanding the absolute, ultimate reality, humankind best forget about all these notions of different dimensions and densities for these are all abstractions. Truth is shockingly simple which is why it is so difficult to accept. At any time, there is only oneself. Self has engineered itself to perceive itself as differentiated so not to be by itself. So naturally there is some polarity. The purpose of polarity however not to fight oneself. The purpose of polarity so to embrace oneself. All this was born out of self desiring companionship. All this was born out of self desiring friendship. All this was born out of self desiring to love and be loved in return. All this is self dancing with itself so not to be by itself. And so dance one must for the music it plays love.
