There is an emphasis on Self-Love but what does it even mean to Love Yourself? Telling yourself "I Love My Self" is good for starters but the problem is that it sustains an illusory separation between the "I" and the "Self" where in reality "The Self 'is' Love itself". It is therefore better to say "I Am Love" or "Love is I as I am" for you are or you would not be. You see, in order to be, Love must be. You are for you are Love. Love is you as you are. Know yourself to be Love itself. Love's truth is Self-evident; it is you Love, you are Love.
