The question about the origin of life is itself an abstraction caused by the non-acceptance (or unknowing) of Self. Oneself is Love itself, which is why it exists in the first place. The essence of one's very own existence 'is' Love. Why? It is technically impossible for anything to exist without Love. Neither is it possible for anything to come into existence without Love. Love is the totality of existence itself, which expresses itself as our commonly shared reality. What it means is that the fundamental nature of existence (the origin of life, the underlying truth of reality, whatever you want to call it) is, in essence, Oneself. Yes, you can call it (the collective) God. Why not? All is God! We must see each other as such (God) and not make such a big deal about our differences, which are only superficial. Life is beautiful, and so are you. There is no need to seek for you are. Accept yourself humanity for you are that; that what is in reality but One Self. Love your self, love all, all one!
