The origin of life question is an abstraction. The reason is simple. Life is governed by one need – Love. Love is, in essence, the need to love and the need to be loved in return. It is this need that gave birth to itself. This 'itself' is what we call life. Life is thus in reality Oneself; it is Oneself experiencing itself in order to fulfill its own existential need. We are this materialized need experiencing itself. No wonder then why humankind is so obsessed with Love for we are becoming aware of the very essence of our own beingness.
