All this is Oneself and any separation is illusory.

All this is Oneself and any separation is illusory. It is difficult to explain this but I will try. In order to prevent anxiety, it is important to remember that 'all that is is Oneself and Oneself is all that is', and that as such 'Oneself not only upholds itself but also regulates itself'. We can simply state that 'Oneself experiences itself as the sum total of its own reality and that the individual is not just the individual but the unbroken whole that is Oneself'. Anxiety is thus caused by the ego seeing itself as separate from its true self. In other words; That which is, all of it, is Oneself. Oneself itself eternally is. Anxieties are caused by the individual seeing itself as separate from its true self; this true self that is commonly known as God, Oneness, Source is in reality Oneself. Anxiety is thus caused by the individual's imaginary separation from itself; God. It is this why it is said that 'all is always G-d for G-d itself always is'. Have no fear, thou art that which eternally is. I promise you that 'Nothing can harm that which is really you.'
