The origin and purpose of life is very simple. There are a couple of ways to understand. The first one is through God. There is only God. God is Oneself. Oneself perceives itself as many separate selves not to be alOne. The following statement is thus equally correct. God perceives itself as many separate selves not to be alOne. Indeed; the 'All-One' (Oneself) perceives itself as diversified for the sole purpose to Love and Be Loved. Love is a synonym for Companionship. Companionship aka Love is the purpose and loneliness aka aloneness is the cause. What it means is that 'we' are in truth but 'one' desiring Love. Love is the only purpose. There is no other purpose but Love.
