Behind the veil is Self. Self veils itself as Life not to be alone. That which is Life is Self desiring Love; it is Self desiring Companionship, Friendship, Otherness. Otherness is in truth Self desiring Togetherness. The veil of separation exists for Love and Love alone. All this for Love, all this for Love! There is no purpose but Love. Love is the only purpose. It is indeed shocking to realize the above. As such it is fine to replace the word Self with God. The following is equally correct. Behind the veil is God. God veils itself as Life not to be alone. That which is Life is God desiring Love; it is God desiring Companionship, Friendship, Otherness. Otherness is in truth God desiring Togetherness. The veil of separation exists for Love and Love alone. All this for Love, all this for Love! There is no purpose but Love. Love is the only purpose. It is indeed shocking to realize the above. As such it is fine to replace the word God with Self. None of it matters; all that matters is Love.
