It is said by some who are going through the dark night of the soul that reality is not real. I say reality aka cosmic totality is Self. Self is One not wanting to be alOne. As such the following is perhaps more precise. Reality is (the result of) Self not wanting to be by itself. The cause - loneliness - matters not as much as the purpose; Companionship aka Love. As so Love for as so Hum.
