Existence: Why Does the Universe Exist?

The answer to the question - why does the universe exist? - is Love. Now I am, as a scientist and biologist, certain that the Universe is Self and that Self is Indivisible as in One. The question is not why the universe exists but what is the purpose of Self to which the answer is Love. You see. Self seeks to negate its own alOness to experience Togetherness. Togetherness is synonymous with Companionship and Love. Love is the purpose of the Universe. Love is the purpose of Self.
