The answer to the question 'what caused The Big Bang' is Self. Self is the origin of itself. Self is Self. I:I. 1:1. Hence Genesis meaning Gen I is. The Big Bang is Self. I say 'is' not 'was' for Self is the eternal current. When it comes to that which Self calls The Big Bang it must be noted that Self-perceived diversity (diversification) serves the purpose so Self does not feel by itself. The cause, loneliness, matters not as much as the purpose, Love. Love being synonymous with Companionship. In nuce (although an abstraction as 'spacetime exists for Love'): the Big Bang was caused by Self. Love is all that matter(s) quite literally so. All this for Love; not to feel alone.
