Bliss is the Companion of Enlightenment.

There is no non-self; there is only oneself. The meaning of anatta is there is only one self. Oneself eternally is. Self is eternally one. As to diversity? Diversity is self-perceived so self would not be by itself. Diversity is self-perceived so self could experience companionship. Diversity is self-perceived so self could experience friendship. Diversity is self-perceived so self could experience love. All this is self embracing itself through its self perceived otherness which serves the purpose of togetherness. Realizing this is ananda! Hence why ananda is the companion of buddha, why bliss is the companion of enlightenment. Do not get distracted by words however. The word speaks many words but is always one.
