Why did self (soul) take birth into the physical world, and, how did we separate from the divine the first time? Truth is simple as in singular as in self is at any time one not wanting to be alone. There is no separation really. Reality is self (soul) not wanting to be by itself. What it means is that all biodiversity is self desired, self conceived and self perceived for companionship, friendship, love. It is not good to be alone. Aloneness is the cause and companionship is the purpose. Forget thus about this imponderable acintya nonsense. The origin of self is self not wanting to be by itself. The purpose of self is companionship, friendship, love. Love so love.
