Can enlightened people be in romantic relationships? Yes. Of course. For the purpose of the en-light or the one-light or the one self (allah, buddha, god, shiva, zero/zoro/whatever) is not to be by itself. What it means is that the purpose of life is love for life is self experiencing itself as self-differentiated for love. Love naturally being a broad term for it means companionship and friendship. But in most simple terms; yes, the purpose of self is love. Love so love.
