Can science explain the origin of life without god? Yes. All quantum fluctuations are (caused by) the initial singularity. The initial singularity is, and always will be, singular. Last but not least. The purpose of the singularity - which is self really - is companionship, friendship, love. It is not good to be alone. The latter part appears to be rather difficult to put in writing for most in the scientific community. Hence the essential difference between a professional doctorate and a phd. Those among you who understand the meaning of life is love are the true phd's of the world. After all; the purpose of the wor(l)d is love.
