It is correct that knowledge is the essence of the soul or self which is at any time one not wanting to be alone for naturally; there are not many separate selves or separate souls; there is only one soul or one self which has conceived itself to perceive itself as self-differentiated so not to be by itself. Now in continuation. It is also correct that self knowledge - this being the knowledge that all this is self and that the purpose of self is love - is masked by karmic particles. However. This by no means is the final truth. Truth is simple yet complex for the purpose of love. What it means? Self veils itself as manifoldness so to escape aloneness and this for the purpose of (self-)companionship otherwise known as friendship or love. The following thus being the final realization. The purpose of self is love; love so love. Naturally the word self may be replaced with the word life, the world or even the universe for all is one and the same. The purpose of otherness is togetherness.
