When it comes to abiogenesis - the origin of life theory - the sanskrit words स्व (swa/swe later resulting in sē),काम (kama) and कर्म (karma) are highly significant. For the origin of self is a two-fold desire; 1) the desire not to be by oneself 2) the desire for companionship, friendship, love. What it means? All action is self. Self is love in action. The meaning of self, the purpose of life, is love.
