Is Change the Only Constant?

Is change the only constant. Yes? No? The notion that the only constant is change is only partially correct. Truth is simple. All this is self. Self continuously changes (as in moves) itself - quantum fluctuations as modern cosmology calls it - so not to be by itself. Hence the purpose of self or that which self calls the divine/life.
