Allow me to explain it theologically which is easier to understand. There is only God and the purpose of God is Love which is why God is in constant motion. If God would not be in motion God could not experience Companionship/Love itself and Companionship/Love is what God is all about. What it means is that the fundamental purpose of Life is Love. We are here for Love and Love alone. That doesn't make it easier because the people we Love are always severely missed. But that doesn't change the fact that the one purpose of God/Life is Love.
