Is God the Cause of a Fine-Tuned Universe?

Is god the cause of a fine-tuned universe? It is good asking this question. Abstractly speaking yes. But to be more concrete. The universe is self and self is fine tuned not to be by itself. Hence. The purpose of self, the meaning of life, is love. But it is perfectly fine to state that the universe is fine-tuned for love, or, that god is fine-tuned for love. Love verily one's purpose.
