Do quantum fluctuation cause themselves?

Do quantum fluctuations cause themselves? Brilliant question. See it as the sea and the waves. Is there a difference really? Naturally not. The sea and the waves are one. As such it is correct to note that here is energy in the vacuum that corresponds to quantum fluctuations which is called zero-point energy hence the uncertainty principle of Werner Heisenberg. It is even more correct to note that the purpose of self - the meaning of life - is companionship more commonly called love.
