The origin of DNA is Self not wanting to be by itself and the purpose of Self is Companionship otherwise known as Love. As such it would not be incorrect to say that the purpose of DNA* is Love, or, to be more precise, that the purpose of Self - the meaning of Life - is Love. (* Deus or rather Theos or Self may be Non Alligator but the purpose of Self is definitely Love)
