About Eels, Concrete and the World.

It is John Archibald Wheeler who, in his book Geons, Black Holes, and Quantum Foam: A Life in Physics, asks the question, if the world ‘out there’ is writhing like a barrel of eels, why do we detect a barrel of concrete when we look?.  Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to assure you that the answer is both simple and beautiful.

Everything 'writhes' wether it is eels, concrete or the world. That is for sure. Now. The purpose of all 'writhing' is two-fold in nature: (I) it is not good for one to be alone (II) it is very good for one to be able to experience companionship also known as love.

In other words:

The origin of all writhing is Self and the purpose of Self known concurrently as Life and as the World is companionship i.e. love.
