People come and go. We say goodbyes to loved ones, welcome new ones and love them too. The welcoming part is fun and makes us happy. But the saying goodbye part is not. So how to make sense of all this coming and going? It's not easy. What may help is knowing this. All things are inherent to change. That is so. But the purpose of change is fundamentally love. That may sound absurd. But if we understand that without motion, there would be no life, and that without life, we would't be able to love, then we can at least place it. And then hopefully life becomes a little bit easier. The pain may never go away. But hopefully this wisdom of love can bring us some peace. So may we live in love. So we may live in peace. Love is the ground reason of all being.
