The essence of Brahman is Love.

There is nothing but Brahman. Brahman (it)self is. What it means is that Brahman experiences itself and that that what experiences itself is Brahman. Verily, all this is Brahman. The answer to the question as to what is Brahman is thus Self. The answer to the question as to what is Self is the need to Love and Be Loved. Is is this need, this urge, this desire that drives Brahman to experience itself. The essence of Brahman is Love. The essence of Self is Love. Love is the only thing here. Verily, all this is Love.
